FAQs

How long will it take until my staff can talk to customers on the phone?

As you know it takes a while to change or neu­tralise an accent, but with dai­ly prac­tise your staff can see notice­able results in 4-6 weeks. Often our cus­tomers already begin to see a dif­fer­ence after only 2 weeks prac­tise.

Of course the more time spent prac­tis­ing the quick­er the results.

We rec­om­mend your staff mem­ber prac­tise with the course for a min­i­mum of 15-20 min­utes a day.

For quick­er staff onboard­ing and results, we rec­om­mend your staff prac­tise for at least half an hour to an hour per day.

Our expe­ri­ence has shown us to get bet­ter results for your invest­ment, and to ensure your staff are doing the train­ing, it’s impor­tant their prac­tise time is includ­ed as part of their work day with you.

Your staff needs to lis­ten to to the course through head­phones and not just out of a speak­er, and ide­al­ly in a qui­et space /time in the office. Using head­phones cre­ates stronger new neu­ro­log­i­cal path­ways in the brain for their new, clear­er speech.

How does your staff access the course?

Once you have signed up for the course we will send you an email to request the details of your staff member/s using the course. We will then set up accounts for each of your staff and email them their login details for the course.

Each staff member will receive their own login so that you can have multiple staff using the course (multiple staff won’t be able to login to the same account).

Once staff have their login details they can simply login to our online portal and access all their course materials!

You can select the number of courses you want when you purchase the course by adjusting the quantity.
